He could not get a service tech out to Our house that day. He then took it upon himself and volunteered to come by to see if there was anything He could do. What He saw was something a Service Tech would need to take care of. Andrew arranged to have the Service Tech David come out at 8:00 a.m. the next day. David had it up and running in a half an hour.
