“The humidification system on our furnace was not operating properly. Mike Kantz was the technician sent by Team Bob to deal with this issue. Mike did an excellent job. It was a simple matter for him. He answered other questions I had about the furnace and steps I should follow to manage furnace & humidifier equipment. Mike is a great guy. Very pleasant and clearly knows what he is doing. Team Bob offers a scheduled maintenance service for Furnace & AC that we did not know about. It is very reasonable in cost and a good idea for being sure our systems are in good shape. We appreciated this recommendation. Again, our experience with Mike was great – and that has been the same for other Team Bob staff who have helped us with other projects. We have been a good customer of Team Bob now for a number of years. These folks care about their work & their customers and they stand by the equipment they install and their maintenance work. On more than one occasion they have saved us money by finding ways to get the job done & giving us any break they can.”
