“My Grandson informed me that our house in Lake Ann was at 55 degrees. Being we live in Auburn, Michigan, and we’re not there to address the issue we called Team Bob’s and you guys immediately got out there to fix our dilemma. According to the invoice, there were a couple of issues but they were addressed and fixed. I already called your office to thank Team Bob’s for getting out there in such a timely matter.
