“I called the office late in the day as I thought I had a propane leak at my furnace. Immediately I was told Tyler would be on his way to help. He arrived within 30 minutes and set to work finding and repairing the leaks! Even though it was now evening, he offered to do the regular maintenance I had previously scheduled a couple weeks out and the office allowed him to do so even though it was after normal hours. He explained another test which I may want to do, so we did it as well to make sure the furnace was in great shape. I felt that as a customer my needs were first priority for both Tyler and Team Bob's. Doesn't happen very often, but it certainly did today!! Thank you for caring”
