“Chuck was great. He got all the work done properly. He also discovered broken pipes and sewage in the crawl space. However, he continued his work under adverse conditions.
He recommended FloodBusters to do the clean-up and sanitizing. They were here within an hour. Amazing.
Conversely your Plumbing Division could not make an appointment until June 19th. This was unacceptable as this was an EMERGENCY situation and we are long term customers. We just spent $20K with you last summer for 2 new AC units and 2 new Furnaces.
We had no water, couldn't use the bathroom, take a shower, wash dishes, etc.
Somebody should have made an executive decision. Needless to say, we are very upset and are forced to find someone else to do the work in a timely fashion.”
