“Recently my furnace (gas-operated boiler) went out overnight and things got pretty cold in the house by morning! Fortunately, when I called in the A.M. technician J.P. was sent to my house (out of your normal service area) and was able to quickly get the furnace back up by replacing the thermocouple. (Sp?)
