“When we had our furnace installed one year ago today, I signed up for scheduled annual maintenance, which occurred today. I was contacted the day before to confirm the maintenance and time on the schedule for today. The serviceman arrived in the appointed time frame calling before arriving to confirm his anticipated arrival time. He carried out the work in a prompt and professional manner. He did find an issue with a drain that had to be corrected with a new part. Fortunately still being under warranty the part has been ordered and will be installed next week. Having the scheduled annual maintenance caught the problem within the warranty time of the furnace and saved what might have been a costly repair bill later.
I have always had satisfactory service from Team Bob’s and that continues to this day.”
