“Mike is great. He has been here before for various reasons. The furnace has been doing some weird things, flask g lights; and we wanted to have it looked at. Mike explained how to find codes that explain what the problem is. In the future if we have this issue, we will take a video of the flashing light and Mike can tell what the problem is. Certainly not an emergency, but very helpful!
