“This is the second time I have had the pleasure of having Paul Rice install a furnace for me. The area where the furnace needed to be installed was a cramped cubby hole requiring a ladder to gain access. To install the new furnace, he had to first remove the existing furnace (an old Climatron Pulse 21 which weighs a ton!) The job was completed in a timely manner and the area was left better than when he started. He took the time to explain the new thermostat and other features on the furnace.”
