Additionally, Team Bob’s gave us credit for equipment that was not a certified match. Danielle was our initial contact; very professional and accommodating. Rick made the house call and brought the project all together and really put our minds at ease. Kevin and Eric were our installers, arrived at 8am. They covered our floors, removed the old equipment, installed new equipment, cleaned up the work area, credited us again and this time for parts not used and all within about 6 hours.
