“Our experience with Team Bob’s was excellent! Team Bob’s was one of a few companies willing to take on our project as the equipment was purchased through an independent contractor. Additionally, Team Bob’s gave us credit for equipment that was not a certified match. Danielle was our initial contact; very professional and accommodating. Rick made the house call and brought the project all together and really put our minds at ease. Kevin and Eric were our installers, arrived at 8am. They covered our floors, removed the old equipment, installed new equipment, cleaned up the work area, credited us again and this time for parts not used and all within about 6 hours. These guys are indeed professionals and great to work with.

“My furnace was replaced today. Eric Smith was the technician today. He had another tech with him. I was at work, stopped by my home briefly. Both gentlemen were very nice. They replaced my broken furnace and cleaned up any mess that might have been made. Answered all my questions. Told me information about what they had done and some changes that they had to put in to make everything work and be up to standards. The whole Team Bob’s team, the tech that came out and did the estimate, the office personnel and the field techs were all very polite and so very helpful. Thank you all! Amazing company”
