“Team Bob’s was able to quickly schedule a meeting and the plumber (Matt) called about 15 minutes before arriving for the scheduled appointment. Matt was able to isolate the problem and complete the repair. My only complaint is you always pay the flat rate service fee in addition to the cost of the service. Having recently moved from Grand Rapids I’m able to compare costs, the cost of a similar repair in Traverse City is nearly double the cost I experienced 8 months ago in Grand Rapids.”
