“Dave was great! Found the issue and fixed it. I knew I wasn’t crazy when I’d notice this terrible smell would randomly come blasting out of my duct work. Turns out it was a bad capacitor that was arcing off the blower cage and melting the capacitor plastic. Both of the recent visits have been professional and satisfactory. I really hate when things occur intermittently but am glad the issue has been found and resolved.”
