“David Bergefurd was the technician who completed the maintenance/service, and he was very good. Punctual & Efficient, explained things well, and we would be happy to have him back for future service/maintenance calls.
One thing I’d like to mention, not specific to David – in the past, we would receive a copy of the maintenance checklist that the technician was following, which included notes made during the visit. There wasn’t one this time and I don’t know if maybe they aren’t being created any longer, but it would be nice to have.”
