“Had 3 estimates for a new furnace install and heard on AM radio a promotion for additional 5% off if install was done by April 1, 2023 at Team Bob’s while getting out of my car at Cracker Barrel for lunch. Stopped there on way home and scheduled install at end of March. Guess what within 3 days of paying for install they had a cancellation and scheduled a 10:45 AM install date. Installer arrived 15 min. early. Very professional covered carpet and carpeted stairs. He had old furnace torn down and readied for new furnace he took down steps and he said he would need help to get out old furnace. Well another installer got done early and stopped by to help him finish job and get what I called “old Ironsides” Lennox 30 yrs with 1 service call plus usual new flapper installs every 2-3 yrs out of basement. Now that’s what I called “teamwork” by Team Bobs. When done all was cleaned up very well. And I love the performance of my new Carrier. I am more than satisfied with my installation and the work done by the 2 installers so Team Bobs give these two men a shout out from me.”
