“I called Team Bob’s to check out a Carbon Monoxide alarm. Matthew Taylor was sent out to investigate, and found that it was a false alarm. I asked if he could do my annual system inspection while he was there, and after a call back to the office he performed the inspection-without me being charged an additional visit/service charge. I have been doing business with Team Bob’s for years, and will continue to do so.”
“Although job not completed as of yet, Adam knows his stuff. We have ventilation problems with our plumbing causing major leaks. Our home is a new build and was not vented properly from original contractor Moore Plumbing and Heating. Adam diagnosed the problem, what needs to be done, and currently we are awaiting his return trip. Great all around service!!”
“Dave was my technician. He performed his work quietly and quickly. He noticed that the gas pressure was low and adjusted it to within specs. He advised me in the correct filter to use in the future. He was very smart and friendly. I would recommend him and Team Bob!”
“My city is South Boardman but it doesn’t list it so I picked the closest to me. I had Kevin West install a gas furnace he was awesome did a great job and was friendly and had patience with my 1 and 3 year old getting in his way. Great customer service and definitely would recommend.”
