“100% thankful and impressed with the professionalism, promptness, and efficiency of Team Bob’s. My water heater was scheduled for a routine maintenance check, but before that check the water heater went kaput, so we had no hot water. I was able to reschedule a service tech to come out almost immediately. Andrew came out and said I needed a new one. He also said since I live in a manufactured home there was a certain type of one that wasn’t readily available in town. It would take at least a week to get one. That sent me into a panic. He said he would call a few more places to see if there was one of the type needed. Long story short, he found one and I had a new water heater installed, by Ricky, all within two days of not having hot water. Thank you Team Bobs!”

“The service I received was outstanding from start to finish. This repair was taken care of in less than 24 hours. I called Andrew Kuer yesterday morning. He could not get a service tech out to Our house that day. He then took it upon himself and volunteered to come by to see if there was anything He could do. What He saw was something a Service Tech would need to take care of. Andrew arranged to have the Service Tech David come out at 8:00 a.m. the next day. David had it up and running in a half an hour. From Chuck coming out to diagnose our issue (explained everything is great detail), Andrew selling us the best heating unit for our situation, Mariah & Carrie setting up the visits, right down to Paul installing and carefully explaining our new thermostat and furnace. Even though our furnace wasn’t working over the holiday, Team Bob’s provided us with electric heaters to keep our family cozy until the parts were available and the new furnace installed. Everyone we dealt with was patient, helpful, respectful of our space and extremely professional.
